What are your postage rates?
Postage and handling is calculated based on the total value of the items ordered. Depending on your order value, the cost will range from as little as $10.90 to no more than $12.90. Please refer to the postage and handling scale below:

• $11.90 for Orders between $50.01 - $70.00
• $12.90 for Orders over $70.00
How long does it take to get my order?
Every effort is made to despatch your order as quickly as possible but please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Your order will be packed with the utmost care to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.

What do I need to do if I decide to return or exchange my purchase?

If you are on our mailing list and receive our catalogue you can pay by simply filling in your credit card details on the order form or writing us a cheque or money order.
Please do not send cash. Payment by cheque, money order or credit card is the safest form of payment. Note: Magnamail cannot accept any liability or responsibility for cash sent through the post.
I recently placed an order and have changed my mind about the items I have selected. How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel online orders as they are sent straight to our warehouse system for efficient processing and delivery. When your order arrives, please follow the instructions on your return slip and send the item that you no longer require back to us, and we will arrange a refund. Please contact our friendly Customer Service Team if you need help with returning your item.
Do you have a shop or a showroom?
In order to offer you the best prices possible, Magnamail is an online business only. As such, we do not have a brick and mortar store you can visit. But if you ever need assistance with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us and a customer service representative will be happy to help you.
How can I place an order if I live overseas? Do you ship outside Australia?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver internationally. Because our parcels are sent out and delivered by Australia Post our postage, handling and insurance are based on domestic charges. Shipping to an overseas destination will also mean that it will compromise our service delivery target of 21 days.
You may also be aware that all Magnamail products are backed by our iron clad, no questions asked 12 Month Money Back Guarantee. If you are living overseas, honouring this type of guarantee would be more difficult and would incur considerable additional costs that would be difficult to justify compared to the actual price of the items.
