Whether you order by mail, phone or via the web, make sure you provide your contact details as well as your Claim Number and Media Code. You will find your Claim Number and Media Code printed on the documents you have received, usually at the top of your order form, or on the reverse of your order form. Alternatively if you are responding to an email, you will find the Claim Number and Media Code at the bottom of the email you’ve received.

We usually contact our major winners by phone. If you receive a call from us, we will tell you the prize you have won, confirm your details and confirm with you the items you ordered in order to win. PLEASE NOTE: We would never ask for any payment or credit card numbers in order to award you your major prize. No, it is not essential that you act in the “requested response time”. This is just the time limit we’d prefer you to act in to claim your prize. You see, early orders lets us know which products are selling the best, so we can make sure we don’t run out of stock of popular items. So by responding in the 7 or 14-day preferred time period, you’re actually doing us a favour, but it is not essential to claim your prize. However it is VITAL you respond to our competitions BEFORE the closing date of the promotion. You will find the closing dates in the terms and conditions printed on at the back of your catalogue, or here to view them online PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally we do have promotions that have a “deadline” enforced. If the promotion you are holding makes any reference to a “deadline” using words such as “Strict 7-Day Deadline” or “Deadline Enforced” or the words “you must respond within the 7-Day Deadline” in order to either claim an extra benefit or claim your prize, in this case the deadline will be enforced. Please read your documents carefully, and look out for the word “Deadline”. Only promotions using the word “deadline” will have the stated reply deadline enforced.
