Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these rules and conditions
2. Prize claims can only be made and validated by sending win cards to Magnamail Pty Ltd together with an order from the accompanying catalogue.
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand, excluding employees of Magnamail and their immediate families, its associates, agents, and suppliers. Your prize claim can only be made by ordering from the accompanying Magnamail catalogue. Entrants must submit all requested information at the time of placing an order. If ordering via our website www.magnamail.com.au orders must include the prompted Promotion Code and Customer Number, in order to be eligible to receive the prize.
4. When the numbers or symbols have been matched, a Digital Desk Organiser (V268) valued at $8 will be sent with the order to the customers in Australia and a Analogue Clock (V249) valued at $8 will be sent with the order to the customers in New Zealand. There are 7000 of Digital Desk Organisers for winners in Australia and 2900 of these Analogue Clock for winners in New Zealand, total value $79,200. All respondents become eligible to enter into a Bonus Prize Draw where one of each of the following prizes will be given away: 1 x $1,000 Cash, 1 x $500 Cash, 1 x Sony Video Camera Recorder (88763006) valued at $399. Total prize value is $81,099. Total prize value in Australia $57,899. Total potential NSW prize pool awarded by chance is $1,899. All prizes are valued in Australian Dollars.
5. Promotion commences on the 30th June 2010. Entries close last mail received on the
30th September 2010. The “Grand Prize Draw” will take place at Handling Matters, 1/3 Green Street, Brookvale 2100 on the 7th October 2010 at 3pm. Winners in the draw will be notified by mail and their prizes will be mailed to them within 28 days. The names of grand prize winners will be published in the Australian on Tuesday 19th October 2010 and The New Zealand Sunday Star-Times on Sunday 17th October 2010. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. In the event of any unclaimed prizes from the Grand Prize Draw, another draw will be held at the same place and time as the first draw on the 7th January 2011 and the names of winners will be published in The Australian on Tuesday 18th January 2011 and in the New Zealand Sunday Star-Times on Sunday 16th January 2011.
7. There will be up to 102,000 Magnamail catalogues sent out to Australian and New Zealand residents. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stated. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.
8. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these terms and conditions all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
9. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.

- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. There will be a total of 535,000 Magnamail catalogues and 60,000 email offers distributed amongst residents of Australia and New Zealand.
- Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Entries can only be made by ordering from the relevant accompanying Magnamail catalogue within 7 days of receipt. Entrants must submit all requested information at the time of placing an order. If ordering via our website www.magnamail.com.au orders must include the prompted Promotion Code and Customer Number, in order to be eligible to receive the prize. Entry is automatic on receipt of your completed order.
- Prior to any catalogues being mailed, winners are preselected by an approved computer program by Handling Matters, 1/3 Green Street, Brookvale 2100 in descending order of value with the Grand Prize of $20,000 cash randomly selected first and so on with the minor prizes of the Sapphire Ring selected last. The names of major prize winners and the prize that has been pre-allocated to them is sent to our auditors for safe-keeping. On receiving entries a number allocated to each customer will be compared against a list of winning customer numbers. When a matching entry is received the prize will be dispatched to the customer.
- Promotion commences on the 2nd August 2010. Entries close last mail received on the 1st November 2010 and all claims must be received by that date. A second chance draw for any unclaimed major prizes will take place at Handling Matters, 1/3 Green Street, Brookvale 2100 on the 8th November 2010 at 3pm. All entrants that have ordered from the accompanying catalogue during the promotional period will be included in the second chance draw for unclaimed major prizes. Winners will be notified by mail and their prize will be mailed to them within 28 days. In the event that winners of the unclaimed prize draw cannot be located, an additional draw will be conducted on 7th February 2011. If this draw is required, it will also be conducted at Handling Matters at 3pm.
- The names of winners of prizes valued at over $100 will be published in The Australian on Tuesday 23rd November 2010 and Sunday Star Times in New Zealand on Sunday 21st November 2010. If there is an event for unclaimed prize draw, names will be published in The Australian on Tuesday 22nd February 2011 and Sunday Star Times in New Zealand on Sunday 20th February 2011. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Prizes are: 1 x $20,000 Cash, 1 x $1,000 Cash, 1 x Fancy Bolt Ring Bracelet valued at $1895 (model no. 10878217), 1 x Amethyst Ring valued at $479 (model no. 10104484), 64,200 x Amethyst Pendant valued at $8 (R527). There are 48,000 of these Amethyst Pendants for winners in Australia, total value $384,000. There are 16,200 of these Amethyst Pendants for winners in New Zealand, total value $129,600. Total prize value is $536,974. Total prize value in Australia is $407,374. Total potential NSW prize pool awarded by chance is $23,374. All prizes are valued in Australian dollars.
